Just a little insight to behind the scenes….
We have only increased our pitch fees by £1 to cover the ever increasing costs of running the site and we still feel this is incredible value for money at almost half the price of some CAMC club sites. To enjoys those views there are lots of costs for us behind the scenes such as a water pumping system , filtration and UV units on 24hrs plus annual testing to get fresh, drinkable spring water up to your pitch. Trade waste collections, a ground maintenance service cost plus fuel and maintenance for the mower, septic tank emptying, annual electric testing ….so we are sure we are great value! Plus our new system of honesty meter readings “pay-what-you-use ” over the fair usage has been a fantastic success …thank you all for that! This means we are able to keep our fees low and fair for everyone rather than hiking up the pitch fees to cover the increased energy prices as we know there is a huge difference between a twin axle/ 8ft motorhome and say a small camper using diesel heating and very little electric, so we wanted to reflect that in what you pay.
